Who we are

What you send us
- Event enquiries: your name, email, company, and the message you write.
- Tickets: the name and phone number printed on the pass, the event, and the ticket type. Payment is finished on WhatsApp.
- Reviews: your name, the night you attended, a rating, and your words. We also ask for an email or phone number so we can reach you. That contact is never shown on the site. A review goes live only after we approve it.
What the site notices on its own
If you allow analytics in Cookies Settings, we see which pages are opened and basic browser details through Google Analytics. Essential storage stays on so the site can remember that choice. Marketing tags stay off unless you turn them on.
Why we use it
To reply to bookings, issue tickets, check guests in, publish the reviews you asked us to share, and understand which pages help people. We do not sell your information.
Who else sees it
Our team sees what you send. WhatsApp sees the ticket message when you continue to payment. A venue may receive the details needed to run the night you booked. We also share information when UAE law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and ticket records stay for as long as we need them to run the event and keep a record of the sale. Published reviews stay on the site until you ask us to take them down, or until we remove them.
