These terms apply when you use hitzplus.com, buy a ticket, or book an event with Hitz Plus Empire. By using the site you agree to them.
The website
Pages describe our events, nights, and work in Dubai. Dates, lineups, prices, and photos can change. Images and words on this site belong to Hitz Plus Empire or their owners and may not be copied without permission.
Tickets
Prices are in AED. Choosing a ticket and continuing on WhatsApp is how you pay. A pass is issued after payment is confirmed. The name on the ticket should be the guest attending. Entry can be refused if the pass is copied, resold, or does not match the guest.
Event bookings
The contact form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We reply to talk through the date, venue, and fee. A booking is confirmed only when both sides agree in writing, including by email or WhatsApp.
Reviews
You may share your own experience of a Hitz Plus night. We read each review before it appears. We can decline or remove a review that is untrue, abusive, or not about our events. Your email or phone number is not published.
Payments and cancellations
Ticket and booking fees are handled as agreed for that night. If an event is cancelled by us, we will contact ticket holders about the next step. Refunds, when they apply, follow what was agreed for that event.
Liability
We take care when producing events. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably prevent, including issues caused by a venue, a third-party platform such as WhatsApp, or details you give us that are incomplete or untrue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in Dubai. Questions: info@hitzplusempire.com.
